Return of the Runner

Had a tough time shaking the rust off, coach.  From the start of the run I had to focus on getting my breathing under control then work on reducing my wasted motion. Definitely lost my edge after a few months of no real running or cardio. That’s okay though, day 1 of the comeback is not supposed to be easy.
